My name is Hanna Anderson, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Founder of Healing Nook. I support adults and couples through life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care. My work is grounded in CBT for individuals and the Gottman Method for couples, while integrating techniques from DBT, ERP, ACT, SFBT, MBCT, IFS, and person-centered approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. I help clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, body image, pregnancy and postpartum stress, self-esteem issues, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
